Sarthak Chaturvedi is a Lawyer, Social Activist and Politician.
Sarthak Chaturvedi born in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, did his higher education from Agra University, formerly known as Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University. His Grandfather Pandit Raghunath Prasad Chaturvedi was an eminent Sanskrit Scholar and educationist with Kendriya Vidhyalaya Mathura cantonment. Sarthak's father, Dr. M.L. Chaturvedi is one of the famous Doctors of Mathura who has also been the President of Indian Medical Association, Mathura and President of Hospitals Association of Mathura. Dr. M.L. Chaturvedi is also associated with the campaign of the Government to save the girl child. He is also running one of the oldest, Raghunath Hospital in Mathura.
Sarthak Chaturvedi was drawn to Social work from his early youth, Since his graduation days he worked as an RTI Activist to curb corruption from different parts of the society. During his higher education he was active in Student Politics with ABVP and social activities. During his higher education he was active in Student Politics with ABVP and social activities.
Sarthak Chaturvedi started his career as a lawyer in Mathura. He appeared in several leading cases at Supreme court, National green tribunal and Delhi high court. He has also assisted Padam shree Senior Advocate Pravin H Parekh and Member of Parliament Senior Advocate Ram Jethmalani in supreme court.
Sarthak Chaturvedi was key member in handling all legal work for16th Lok Sabha Elections in year2014 He was then appointed as a President of Bharatiya Janata Party Mathura cantonment in the year 2016. He worked rigorously with Shrikant Sharma (Power Minister for State of Uttar Pradesh) in his Vidhan Sabha election from Mathura in 2017.
Advocte at Supreme Court
In the year 2016 Sarthak appeared for various matters related with environment in National green tribunal and Supreme court of India. In the matter related with Yamuna pollution at Mathura cantonment, he appeared for the applicant (Tapesh Bhardwaj Vs Union of India) and during this case National green tribunal penalised Mathura cantonment with a cost of 10 lac Rupees and Uttar Pradesh pollution control board with 5 lac Rupees.
In the year 2018 a famous case related with Giriraj Parvat he replaced Padamvibhushan M C Mehta in Giriraj Parikrama Sanrakshan Sansthan case in National green tribunal.
Sarthak was also associated with Civil Defence as deputy Divisional warden which is government of india initiative and come under the Ministry of Home. Sarthak Chaturvedi keeps sharing his views through social Media tools like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and mainstream media like Loksabha Tv and many other news channels. LokSabha Tv Shows on which Sarthak has given his legal opinion are "Faisle" , "India Speaks", "Nayay Chakr"
Sarthak Chaturvedi was appointed as a President of Bhartiye Janta Party Mathura cantonment in the year 2016. He worked regrously with Shrikant Sharma (Power Minister for State of Uttar Pradesh) in his Vidhan Sabha election from Mathura in 2017.
Sarthak chaturvedi was awarded with " Bharat Jyoti Award" in the year 2018 by India International Friendship Society (IIFS) The India International Friendship Society (IIFS) is a private voluntary organisation based in New Delhi, India whose stated aim is to strengthen the ties between India and its expatriate community in hopes of using the resources and potential of these expatriates to benefit India. The organisation's chief activity is the awarding of the Glory of India Award(also called the "Bharat Jyoti Award") in ceremonies held regularly in New Delhi and in international cities with large expatriate Indian communities..
